I think the mindfulness is key. It seems like everything out there is put there to keep people busy and distracted. Intentional or not. Introspection is overlooked. We live in a society designed to allow those distractions to be incentivized and rewarded... SLOW goes against that grain and forces you to look inward because its healthy and necessary for us. Or else we become one of those ant death spirals.. The ants don’t realize they’re caught in the spiral and continuously move in a loop until point of exhaustion. Humans are no different. We just live in two different “worlds”..
Vibrational Tune-up

This is a way to get a good dose of the frequency you need to clear energy blocks, release negative energy, and relax. Always we start with an invocation, vibroacoustics to reduce mental and physical stress. Guided by the messages from within you, your inner voice will guide us, as we explore Tuning Forks, Tibetan Bowls, and Rattles.
Together with the Ancestors we will smooth and tune your biofield. Client may also request which instruments are to be used: Gong, Drum, Voice, etc.

We will begin with a check in to explore the intention of the Harmonic Gong Bath and your emotional and physical concerns. This can be done in a reclining or sitting position, as you need. There is a sequential series of toning that occurs through the use of Tibetan Bowls and a series of affirmations that are created from the intention of the session.
Tuning Forks are used to feather over the body to align and restore the Chakras, smooth the Aura and Biofield. This restores the energy field to its place of alignment, which helps the participant to relax and realign with the body's power to heal. The session slowly segues to the vibrations and sounds of the Gong. This is the longest part of the session. The goal is to reclaim our authentic way of being whole and as always make a wish.

Together we will journey to discover your power animal, who will guide us along the way to the Upper, Lower, and Middle Worlds. Sacred Sound Healing Journeys take us on the path of meeting our Teacher, Ancestors, Healer, and even Retrieving our Soul. This Shamanic Journey allows us to imagine the worlds between the Ordinary and Non-Ordinary Reality. We commune with beings to gain access to the spiritual components of our life challenges.
The main instrument is the drum. The combination of diaphragmatic breathing and drumming can produce an elated state of clarity. Studies have shown that the precise beat of the drum can change our brainwave patterns and counteract anxiety and stress. I have witnessed great healing, and growth spurts with creative projects come out of these sessions. The extra time is alotted to specific Expressive Art exercises.

Quite the picture and part of my Journey to Wellness...
At 84 my mother had a heart valve replacement due to a PICC line infection that caused Endocarditis. For years I had witnessed my mother survive cancers, surgeries, sepsis, MRSA, and radical treatments. One day I asked her how did she survive all that? And the Mother responded, "Mind over matter, G'Gann!"
We need a mindset of encouragement and discipline to endure the struggles and overcome the adversity of chronic illness.
Since childhood I have been plaqued with mysterious illnesses that took me away from School, Play, and all the things that I dreamed of being one day. As an adult I have had a long struggle with Lyme, Mold, and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. All exacerbated by something called MTHFR, Compound Heterozygous to be exact. And this is where the DNA information came in handy. Yes, my DNA turned out to be my biggest ally in getting the medical community to even consider it.
Back in 2014 I had to live in my car and couch surf for nearly 10 months. I was homeless, but not because I didn't have a home. Mold had invaded my home. I became so sick that the only place available to me that felt safe was my car.
The first time I was bit by a tick was 1987. We didn't know much about it back then. In fact I just had to be sick until I got better. Miraculously, I had a dental problem and needed antibiotics and didn't I start to feel better.
I got bit again in 2003, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023. I was diagnosed with chronic lyme in 2021. I have had Bartonella, Babesia and other hosted co-infections.
I have done hours of humming, frequency healing, journaling, swearing, and praying to get me through. I have had curses removed and cords cut.
I have years of experience and research in the Alternative Healing Arts. I believe that I can help you navigate resources and options that lead to your best outcome.

There will be drums, rattles, gongs, tuning forks and listening. These sessions are meant to help you feel your power, and provide support during troubling times.
